The Plantation Drive was celebrated in all its solemnity and grandeur at Lloyd Business School on 26th January 2020 on the occasion of 71st Republic Day. Dr. Vandana Arora Sethi, Group Director of Lloyd Group of Institutions addressed the gathering and urged them to devote themselves to do their best and feel proud to be Indians. Mr. Manohar Thairani, Chairman of Lloyd Group of institutions graced the event by planting a sapling along with the faculty and the students. Everyone was really motivated by this step and decided to take care of the saplings they have planted to ensure greenery in and around the college.

This was the initiative towards environmental protection and spreading awareness and consciousness about the environment among masses. The faculty members along with students planted 25 trees under the initiative of “Lloyd for Green India”.

The congregation dispersed after sweets with the feeling of Nationalism. Everyone participated in the tree plantation drive with great zeal and enthusiasm and thus made it a huge success. This move also empowered students with substantial knowledge of environment and simultaneously enhanced their social skills.
